What's Next for Young Professionals

On October 27, hundreds of YP members and allies across Toyota tuned in for the 2nd Annual Young Professionals Conference led by the Plano chapter. The virtual event, themed “What’s Next? Reflect. Reset. Activate,” gave participants the opportunity—in true Continuous Improvement fashion—to revisit and refresh their professional goals after more than a year of working at home. Highlights included a keynote address from Team Toyota Paralympic Athlete Jarryd Wallace and engaging panel topics such as mentorship and sponsorship, career pivots, and navigating multigenerational dynamics at work.
