SAGE: Supporting Adaptive Generational Experience

SAGE is a forum where Toyota team members of different generations can connect, share knowledge and even engage in informal mentorships.

Launched in 2022, SAGE is the newest of Toyota’s 14 Business Partnering Group (BPG) affinities. With 350+ members, it’s also one of the fastest-growing groups! 

One popular aspect of SAGE is its virtual speaker series, featuring team members who play unique roles at Toyota and have had multi-faceted career paths. Learning about these individuals’ experiences helps SAGE members increase their understanding of how Toyota works and gain useful insights for their own career journeys.
