Program Champions Workforce with Disabilities at Toyota Mississippi

Fostering an inclusive workplace involves meeting people where they are and providing them with the necessary training, support and tools to perform their jobs safely. This commitment led Toyota Mississippi to partner with the Mississippi Department of Rehabilitation Services (MDRS) and its AbilityWorks program.  

MDRS is a state agency dedicated to assisting individuals with different disabilities in finding employment, achieving greater independence and overcoming challenges. Through the AbilityWorks program, Toyota Mississippi tapped into a new workforce. Watch the video below for three success stories.
