In 2021 Parents of Toyota members Jennifer Pelky and Lindsay Babian, R&D Principal Engineers, and Janelle Pharris, Senior Analyst Vehicle Marketing, launched Toyota for Families—a first-of-its-kind Toyota safety app that educates families on proper car seat installation.

The three working moms drew from their professional and personal experiences to invent the app—and they did so on top of their normal job responsibilities while juggling work and family life at home during the pandemic.
