+   Ensuring team member handbooks include language that clearly prohibits LGBTQ+
      discrimination or harassment

+   No longer requiring prospective team members to identify their gender on job applications

+   Establishing an internal harassment consultation hotline

+   Creating new systems to ensure equitable benefits for employees in same-sex and
      common-law marriages
